How do I link my card to someone else?

Two members living in the same household can link their cards together to collect points faster. Please visit your nearest Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods, Overwaitea Foods, Cooper's Foods and Urban Fare stores and fill out an application form to link two cards.

What do I do if I don’t have my card while shopping?

If you don’t have your Save-On-More card with you, you should save your receipt and bring it into the store at a later date to get your Save-On-More savings and reward points.

Can I use my phone number to get the savings instead of my Save-On-More card?

No. As household members may share their phone number but may not be linked, we can not allocate your Save-On-More points to anyone other than the card holder.

How do I find out my Save-On-More points balance?

When you use your Save-On-More card you will see your point total on your receipt. Your receipt also shows the bonus points you earned for each item as well as your Save-On-More savings. Remember to use your card every time you shop. To view your points balance online, login to your Save-On-More web account. Go

How do I redeem my Save-On-More Points?

Reward items are not carried in inventory at the store. Go to Customer Service to fill out an order form and have your points or points plus cash deducted that day. We will place your order and phone you in 1 to 2 weeks when it comes in so you can return to the store to pick up your reward item.

What rewards are available?

The Save-On-More program was designed to reward our customers quickly and easily. You can redeem your Save-On-More points for free groceries and other merchandise you can use everyday. Should I keep my receipt when I redeem for merchandise?

Please save your till slip whenever you redeem for a reward. You will need it as proof of purchase should you need to return it. Also keep the original box with packaging and warranty information for future reference.

How do I return a reward item?

If you experience a problem with a reward item and it is still within 90 days of purchase, please return to the store for a replacement or refund. In most cases we can replace an item but if we no longer stock the item a point refund may be necessary. Occasionally you will be required to take your merchandise to the Manufacturers "Authorized Dealer or Repair Centre" to have it repaired. Please keep your original till slip and original warranty information.
